After a large yacht slams into a major Miami bridge, the team finds that the man steering the boat was shot and killed before the accident. The victim's wife reveals that their son had been kidnapped and her husband was handing over the ransom – three million dollars worth of jewels. But when the team learns that the jewels were fake, the investigation leads them into a dangerous situation at a jewelry shop that may contain crucial evidence, where Horatio must face the unimaginable when one of the team is killed in the line of duty. Well that sucked... either way ya look at it, tonight's episode was gonna suck. Someone had to die.....Tim Speedle was it. His gun malfunctioned due to his not cleaning it properly. Tom was a young, well-educated criminalist who did his job in honor of his high school friend, who died two years after he was paralyzed in a snowmobile accident. I thought he added a good element to the storyline. I am very sorry to see him go.
This is so bad... CSI is on Spike all the time now.... But... then....comes more CSI on CBS not to mention Law and Order

This is sad but I am going to have to invest in vcr tapes so I can see them all!! Cause I work Wednesday nights and can not see either show now. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRr
