I heard something interesting second hand from someone who lived in New Orleans until 2 days ago. They said that in order to save the French Quarter from flooding, they blew up the levy at the Jefferson Parish. If that is true, then the people that died there were murdered. But I am sure it will all be covered up... it is this current administration's by-line.
