My friend [livejournal.com profile] beckyzoole had these questions in her journal

1. What was the nicest thing anyone has ever said to you?
2. What was the meanest thing anyone has ever said to you?
3. At times, lots of people never tell us what they are really thinking. Who is the one person that you would really like to know what they are thinking (as far as how they feel about you), and why?
4. What was the nicest thing you have ever said to anyone?
5. What was the meanest thing you have ever said to anyone?

My answers:

1. What was the nicest thing anyone has ever said to you? Work related - "you are doing a great job!" Home related - "I am so glad that you are my mom! Thanks for letting me be me!" and my grandson running into my arms yelling "grandma grandma I love you" as he is running!

2. What was the meanest thing anyone has ever said to you? Compliments with the word "BUT" in them are very mean. I get them all the time. It is like they are judging me. ie. Wow you cleaned the house BUT you forgot some cobwebs. Wow I enjoyed having sex with you BUT you need to lose weight!

3. At times, lots of people never tell us what they are really thinking. Who is the one person that you would really like to know what they are thinking (as far as how they feel about you), and why? Michael. I have known him since I was a junior in high school. Promises he made and never kept. Telling me he loved me when he really did not know the meaning of the word. I know he is a product of his environment and major malfunctions in his childhood. Where we came from though, he should have known that friends are better than enemies and that friends and family are the most important thing in the world. I have dropped all communication with him in the last year because I am way better than he will ever be. I also have way more than he will ever have. He may have the wealth in money and things, but I have the wealth in my husband, sons, grandsons and my new beautiful granddaughter. I know I have unconditional love where I am. No one has to "pay" me for my love.

4. What was the nicest thing you have ever said to anyone? "I truly to like you and we can be friends" to my ex-husband's new wife. She really is a sweet person and they are truly happy together. We both were in the delivery room when our granddaughter was born and that made us closer.

5. What was the meanest thing you have ever said to anyone? As a Scorpio, I used to be really mean while I was growing up because I was always teased as a kid cause I had to wear glasses. One gal use to tease all of us and was the bully of the school. We wished her german shepherd would bite her one day cause she was so mean. We all said this as she was walking into her back yard. Little did we know our meaness would be shown to us immediately. We watched in horror as her dog attacked her. We were all so small and could not stop this huge dog from ripping her apart. A neighbor got the dog off of her and got an ambulance. She had to have many surgeries and did survive. We all profusely appologized as did she and we all became close friends until my family moved away. It was a lesson for me in watching what I say and wishing things on folks. I paid a lot of karma for what happened to her. This was to follow me all of my life and still effects me to this day. When practicing Wicca and doing ritual work, I make sure that what I truly want is what I am asking for.
