stormiestlIt has been a very rainy day. I woke up with the migrain from hell. It puts me into slow motion until I can get some meds into me and they take effect. The kicker was, I had NO alcohol last night whatsoever. My right ear and throat, etc are hurting. It all stems from the toothache that I have had that is recurring. The dentist says I need a root canal, I would rather that just pull the freaking tooth!
Had a great time today dispite the pain. Spent the day with Virginia and had a marvelous time chatting and visiting with all the guests. Tanya Roberts, Linda Blair and Walter Koenig were there today. Tanya's pictures are beautiful. I have not had a chance to check out Linda's and Walter's pics. Although I did see one from the Exorcist that someone had gotten signed. I do not think I will get that one. It was a little gross.
I took a little break and walked around a bit and got to see some of the exhibit hall. Reminder to Self: Self: You must remember to be at a raffle drawing tomorrow at 5:30 pm for the World's Largest Dungeon.

After I got back to the hotel, the hot tub became my home. It felt so amazing. I want to live in a hot tub! Ah then the sauna beckoned. Now that was nice! All that warmth on a chilly day.....ah.......
Dinner was at a restaurant called Alcatraz. The motiff was, you guessed it, Alcatraz Prison. It had pictures from the prison and bars all over the place. The restaurant is part of City Centre Mall and is two stories. I had a double porkloin with garlic mashed potatoes and summer vegetables. Friends enjoyed the Fajitas and another enjoyed the ribs. It was absolutely wonderful and we had an awesomely cute waiter!
My evening was spent playing in the Camarilla Larp. My coterie managed to cause a whole lot of problems for a few people. Ah, but that was one of our goals!!
We (a bunch of Cammies) took a taxi to the White Wolf Party at Port Industry, went in and walked around, decided it was way too crowded and took a taxi back to the hotel and spent some time chatting with friends.
There is a ton of gaming going on of every type and venue imaginable. The vendor room is full of companies plying their wares and new games. A few new things are out that I will try to reveal tomorrow.
